PADI Rescue Diver

FOR QUALIFIED DIVERS (MIN OWD)

This course is designed to enhance your knowledge and experience beyond a recreational level. It is a serious and comprehensive course that equips divers with the skills to effectively handle rescues, provide assistance, manage emergency situations, and administer proper first aid. Scuba divers often describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging yet rewarding course they have ever taken. This is because it teaches you how to prevent and manage problems underwater, boosting your confidence as a diver and enabling you to assist others in need. Throughout the course, you will develop problem-solving skills that become second nature, making you a better buddy to your fellow divers. Despite its serious nature, the course also allows for plenty of laughter and fun alongside focused learning.

To enroll in the Rescue Diver course, you must be a PADI (Junior) Adventure Diver who is at least 12 years old and has completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive. It is mandatory to hold a valid CPR/First Aid certificate before starting the PADI Rescue Course, although you can complete this training during the course itself. Additionally, your instructor may offer the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider specialty diver course concurrently.
